Refund Policy

We’re confident that you’ll love our socks, but we guarantee your money back or product replacement (up to your convenience).

  • If your product has been damaged you may request for a refund however you must enclose an unboxing video and send it to our Whatsapp, returned items must be in the same condition when received, tags must still be in place and the item should not have been worn. We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurred within the return of the item.
  • Should you wish to return an item within 7 days of purchasing, please contact us at hello.walc@gmail.com or Whatsapp number and we will organise this for you. Please note that you will have to pay for a postage fee as we do not accept free returns (in order to minimise waste of the product)

Your refund will be expected to be in the same account your order was placed within 14 days.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for wholesale orders unless it is due to item defects.
